I love both, but maybe food? After all, when I'm in pain sleep always helps and there are barely times when I don't enjoy nightmares. The only dreams that really bother me are about real things that I feel guilty for, but it's probably good I have them.

Ah gosh this is super tempting! As much as I'd love to give up sleep, I feel like it would potentially have bad effects as the brain would able to be fully relax. I'd give up food, personally!
