Other than buying, there really isn't a quick way to get gems, (Other than keeping your daily bar up(But that only gives you +1)) I'd be willing to lend you some if you'll pay me back tho, it would be no problem at all! :D

There should be an option to buy them for treasure in the auction house, you just have to edit the search perimeters.
But I mean, I could buy them for you if you want! I have tons of gems.
