participating in events that allow for any sort of creative medium always make me feel guilty as someone who doesn't draw... getting such a beautiful art piece when i just made a few moodboards for my giftee makes me so guilty

I'm having a hard time letting my protagonist make this throw-book-across-the-room-worthy decision... like I know it's based on her fear and fear can absolutely overpower everything else, AND it was foreshadowed but MAN. It's gonna make my deuteragonist so sad and both these characters are far too lovable to be SAD :(
At least it ends ridiculously happy though lol
And hey I can always make it better the second time I write it. Hoping
