@Kiserath I saw a speedrun of that game and the fact that it got a 3+ rating in Europe with that last level amazes me.

I’m currently playing Psychonauts for the first time, and it seems to be about 50% nightmare fuel, 50% comedy. Though It might be more nightmare fuel for me than for most people because i’m Pretty sensitive to brain-based gore. :/

I can take your Dead Hands, lavender towns, Omega Floweys, no problem. But I would gladly nope out of a significant portion of Psychonauts. If only the characters weren’t so amazing...

I don't really want to read through all the pages to see if someone posted about this yet but uhhh I used to play this one game as a kid a lot and it scared me SO BAD.

Called Nightmare Ned. I forgot its name for a looooong time and after enough searching around I found it again haha.

Dunno if anyone here knows of the game but the part where you're turned into a slug and there's someone trying to pour salt on you terrified me as a kid the most idk why.

So like, I know this probably just me, but I get really freaked out by aggressive, murderous cars (automated or where the driver is an unknown), so I got really freaked out when I was playing Kingdom Hearts 2 and encountered these guys in Timeless River. edit: I'd like to add that this only counts when my character is not a vehicle. One of the things that freaks me out the most is the Man-At-Legs from pikmin 2. Not only is it a spider, but its flesh is fused to some machinery. [img]https://i.imgur.com/yGofN6S.jpg[/img] You can even [b]hear[/b] its flesh when it opens up to shoot you with a freaking machine gun! It's crazy accurate too, so unless you find cover you can easily lose 30-40 pikmin at a time. [s]Also the implication in that game that humans have gone extinct and were all killed off by something.[/s]
