It's different for every breed and there is no exact number of clicks/views needed.

This year I DID Manage to get some zombie fodder but very little of it is adults and also I'm running out of reds and freezes

First, I'd have to figure out what to do in order to be organized for Halloween. I never remember when things start and how long things take.
And in the same vein, I think I like the minigame, but I haven't had time to go look for more info so I know what I'm doing.

At level 10, you get a pickaxe to remove the rocks.
I don't remember at what level it is you get an axe to remove the stumps.
