As someone who tends to order a lot of art, I lost track of commissions. Who I ordered from, how much I paid, etc. Instead of pouring through PM's and CR's, I made a spreadsheet!
Here's what it looks like blank:

Theres room to add in someones name, ID # (in case they change their UN), the kind of commission you ordered, along with your payment type.
The colors on the paid tab will change depending on its status. If you type 'Yes' it'll be green, if you've paid 'Half-Half' it'll be blue, and if you haven't it'll be red.

Finally there is room for extra comments, along with the date you've ordered and the date you received. It also tracks how much you've spent on the bottom!

As you can see, I also like to link the users homepage with their name, along with a link to the art piece itself so its easier to keep track of.
