Usually yes, you link a hatchery and they link you. Since we are just a directory trying to give you hatcheries some traffic, you don't specifically
have to link us as affiliates, but it is much appreciated to get the word out there is a new directory.

@Anjoulas - Thanks for pointing me in the right direction the other day! I've been eagerly awaiting the update. The Spreadsheet is fantastic, y'all did a great job! Very easy to use, and edit. I'm a big fan.
Below is my banner; may I add this post to my own Affiliates listing?. I don't normally add such a large banner, but for this Directory specifically, I am asking to post the full size.

I am not 100% sure what you are asking. Do you want to post our big banner in your hatchery as affiliate or are you asking if it's ok if we post your big banner in our list? Both would be fine. I just want to make sure I get it right.

Woops, yeah that was a confusing read.
I added Hatchery directory to my Affiliated Groups, (I was just checking that was ok).
Additionally, the banner I sent was a bit bigger than I normally share. I was checking it wasn't too large for your affiliates section.
Looks like from your response, all was ok. ^_^ Thank you!

Might as well update myself as well-- since I only have ONE Hatchery, now~
