[color=#731D08][size=4][b]Part One - Your Dragons' Familiars[/b][/size][/color] There is a sneaky way to navigate quickly through your dragons introduced when the lair revamp went live! I'll keep a documentation of the old version at the end of this guide, for the sake of those that like it better. i... forgot to record my cursor in the gifs...... i'll fix it soon :'3 [color=#731D08][b]Tips & Notes:[/b][/color] [list][*] If you need to zoom out, you can use ctrl-/ctrl+, or ctrl & scroll wheel. To return your browser zoom to normal, press ctrl 0. (cmd for macs of course!) [*] This method assumes that all of your familiar-bonded dragons are in sequence with each other, with no gaps. If you have your familiars scattered around your lair, you may have better luck with the [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/gde/1727925#post_17192828]previous method[/url]. [/list] ========================================================== [color=#731D08][b]Start:[/b][/color] [indent] [b]Begin on a dragon's page[/b] - first or last are your best bet, or otherwise you'll enter your Den. I prefer my first one, but it doesn't really matter. [b]Resize your window[/b] so that you can see the heart button without scrolling. You may need to zoom in or out to achieve this! [center][img]https://i.imgur.com/I0Ij0DM.png[/img][/center] [b]Click the heart![/b] The standard popup will appear of course. Wait at least until the background dims before moving to the next step. Right (>) if you began on your first dragon, left (<) if you began on your last dragon. [/indent] ========================================================== [color=#731D08][b]Sometimes the familiars don't get clicked! :([/b][/color] This is just a result of the communication speed between your internet and the FR servers! If you find that some familiars aren't registering their clicks, you may need to be a bit more patient between clicking the heart button and pressing the arrow key: I haven't done extensive research on timing yet, but try waiting for the familiar's picture to load.

[b]Resize your windows so you can see both[/b]. I like to place them next to each other and even scroll around so that the two boxes are as close as possible. Saved ourselves having to go click the reload button, nice! [/indent] ========================================================== [color=#731D08][b]This is so dull![/b][/color] Yeah, it is, sorry - and it gets worse the more familiars you have. Buuut familiars are also the easiest way to get ahold of chests. Chests are awesome. If you're like me and have too many familiars and too few dragons to assign them to, you end up losing out if you don't click through your hoard familiars. If you want to make this easier, but still get chests, put your Awakened (maxed-out) familiars in your vault! Then you won't have to click through all of those, too.

[color=#731D08][size=4][b]Supplement - Scattered Familiars[/b][/size][/color] The method here is far less practical with the addition of arrow-key functionality! I've kept it documented in the case that it may still be useful to folks, for example, if your dragons with familiars are scattered between dragons without. For new users, here's a fun throwback to 2016, two lair updates ago lol [color=#731D08][b]Tips & Notes:[/b][/color] [list][*] Common browsers have this neat function that, when you scroll-click on a link, it will automatically open in a new tab. It's a lot easier to get a rhythm if you start on the first one. If you can't see the heart button without scrolling down, [b]zoom out[/b]. [/indent] You now have two options, feel free to try both and see what works best for you: [color=#731D08][b]Option 1:[/b][/color] [size=2](keyboard + mouse) - this may be laggy in Chrome[/size] [indent] [b]Click the heart, tap ctrl+W.[/b] Click the heart, tap ctrl+W. This closes the tab, and you don't have to refresh the page either, yay efficiency! You want to make sure the familiar's picture pops up. If your internet loads slowly, you can also use ctrl+tab to swap tabs without closing them, so that the click registers while you continue. This will end up closing your dragons window once you finish the last familiar. Open up the other window with your lair tab, [b]go to the next page, and repeat from the top[/b]! [/indent] [color=#731D08][b]Option 2:[/b][/color] [size=2](just mouse)[/size] [indent] [b]Click the heart, then click to the next tab.[/b] Click the heart, click to the next tab. You [i]don't have to click the okay button.[/i] This will save you a page refresh, and therefore time! We're done with it. Pull up your window with the lair page. [b]Click to the next lair page, and begin back to the first step[/b]. Look at that, that's an entire two pageloads per dragon (okay + [>]) that you didn't have to deal with! Nice! [/indent] ========================================================== [color=#731D08][b]Hey, I could do [i]all[/i] of my dragons![/b][/color] You might have the brilliant idea to open ALL of your dragons in tabs, all at once. I suggest that you don't. As great as this idea seems, loading all of your dragon's pages all at once will not make your wifi connection very happy, and many computers will struggle with that many open tabs - so this makes it less efficient. If you have a beefy computer and a speedy connection, be my guest. If you have a normal computer and normal wifi, maybe stick to just one lair page or you'll end up losing all that time we just tried to save :/ I can't stop you though!

This is actually mega useful, lol. I have this thing about matching familiars on my dragons, but when they Awaken I still like to bond with new ones from my hoard to make up for the chests I'd be missing otherwise. This'll be so much quicker/easier <3
