If I want more than one of the swipp/baldwin items, how do I indicate it in the spreadsheet?

You should write a 2 (or more) in the Interest column of the items you want. ^^ This will increase the weight/importance of the items needed for the trade/recipe in the other tabs.

However, this is not reflected in the actual number of the needed items.
