Cleansing Elixir can't drop in Kelp Beds.
What you meant was most likely Cleansing Tonic

Also in same venue listings you have Minerals & Ores listed as Other. Not in the Other section but as Other subtype in Materials.

And for the nitpickers sometimes Specialty is written als Speciality.
