@imperialhare That's great that it's working out better for you! Having some level 25 dragons to farm areas where new drops have come out (ie. new familiars, or like the capes) can make a huge difference in one's capacity to earn treasure, and I am always glad when someone can get to that point and be able to afford what they want!

@Ursahyperdrive Pinging myself for future reference. Thanks for making this guide, @Culex!

This guide is fantastic! I'd been failing at making glass cannon builds and decent farming parties until now, and with your help I shot up to the Boreal Woods in no time at all. One thing, though-- even at over 90 strength (92 currently, I think) I'm finding the Coarsefur Yeti is consistently taking four scratches + eliminate rather than three. I wonder if something got rebalanced?
Anyway, even with that occasional minor setback (easily taken care of using your breath-building strategy; I only did the three-scratch vs. four-scratch long enough to test) this guide is amazing. Thank you so much for all the work you put into it, and for sharing this.

This guide is amazing~ I leveled my first 3 lvl25s in just a few days, and without tincturing. -victory dance- :D
Only thing I differed was not having Ambushes where required, as I needed to save up for them, and still needed a 2-3 by the time I reached Mire x-x
So ambushes aren't a dire need, but they did speed up the leveling by alot for each one I did manage to get.
And at lvl23, putting Str at 106 instead of 105, so I could farm the arena better earlier.

@mothscale, you are right, it is 4 scratches + Elim for Yeti at 92; I had written it up one way and then edited to try to make it clearer, and failed at correcting the number.

@Culex - Not sure if this would be useful to your leveling guide, but I just recently posted my data for Coli monster exp here:
http://flightrising.com/main.php?board=gde&id=1046488&p=mb
Haven't been playing much lately and figured I'd share before I decided to quit the game or something.

Do you have any tips when it comes to leveling exalt fodder? I've been using these two to level exalt fodder, and I simply can't get past the boreal woods:
http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=2444828
http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=2395411
The monsters will kill my dragons before they can build up enough breath to use eliminate. I know I should shoot for 110/50 on the stats, but is there anything I can do in the meantime? It's irritating that I'm losing the XP bonus.

@AboveClouds I would wait for grinding exalt fodder until you hit 25. It should take only about 2-3 hours. Once you've got 2 at 25 at 110/50, they should be able to grind the Mire for an average of 1000xp per fight for your trainees. There's no xp bonus, but 1k per fight isn't too shabby, for exalt fodder.
Are you trying to level up your 23s with an exaltee? I personally have a lot of problems doing that (mine are 22 currently, haha) and have to drop down one OR sometimes two zones in difficulty and bypass the xp bonus, which makes it take forever to level anything.
Basically to do exalt fodder, you're running with only 2 real dragons, so you are ending up with relatively few turns before the enemies can react. High QCK seems to be the best way to bypass the enemies' strength in numbers in return for the lower STR, as you can get in more turns before they can start to do damage at all. That's why I like going to 25 and then exalt fodder grinding; the extra 1-2 levels I have over the Mire enemies helps a ton, and gets my dragons 3 extra turns with the high QCK.
Outside of that I really don't know; my friends get exalt fodder up with 25s, sometimes 24s, so I can't even get tips from them. :( I'm sorry.
