Hi! I've been part of ice flight for a while, I think it's great, but I haven't been so sure about it. Here's some of whay I' looking for in a flight:
- eyes that look good on most dragons
- active discord servers and community
- idk tell me some cool lore you've built based on your elemental flight, I've been trying to think of some
Currently, I've been thinking of either Wind, Plague, Earth, or Water, but I want to hear from people about what they like about their flights!

I've been to both Earth and Water, and both have eyes that look good on most fodder (Water eyes are a bit trickier to work with though) and an active community!

If you enjoy Wind, I can definetly recommend them. Been a windy in the past and if I didn't enjoy Fire for the lore I built in my head (and not written down) I would probably go back.
As for fire, its a small flight, but I've been enjoying that fact! I think the eyes have a very striking look to them, which I love to see on most colours. As for my lore, I decided to dodge the route of going for blacksmiths and made a clan to represent Fire Flights military more than anything. All those blacksmiths making swords and such, someones gotta use them! They're definetly involved in a few more shady aspects as well, and employ spies to keep tabs on other flights. Overall, I take a lot of inspiration from Wuxia and Xianxia media.
We are currently a bit on a low point with dom, but I assure you we are working hard at fixing that!

I've been a member of Plague flight since I joined FR in 2019 and it's an absolutely amazing community! We have a very active in-flight Discord server that's really friendly and fun, and everyone there is super helpful if you have questions and is a major reason why I've stayed so active in FR even after all this time. Also, we've got a very active dominance scene if that's your thing. Lots of fun events going on.
As for plague lore, we have bones and soup. What's not to love about that? [emoji=mirror tongue size=1] Personally I've made lore for my clan involving a group of vampire cowboys living out of a tunnel system deep underneath the Hellwell Undercroft. There's a lot of potential given the evolution and mutation lore behind the flight, as well as the sense of community that comes from the pack mentality of plague dragons.
If you don't go with plague, I've heard lots of good things about and had really good experiences with wind flight! Their corgis are adorable and I've had nothing but positive interactions with windies ^^

Water is small and I haven’t seen the discord but I will say there isn’t much forum activity, however I do think we’re nicely close-knit compared to some other flights
Eyes can occasionally be a bit tricky but the different shades of blue can look quite pretty and usually can match up with whatever the dragons colors are
Lots of lore potential for like,, prophecies and deep dark depths and spooky sea creatures and such

I think Light, Earth and Ice are the best in terms of dom and eye color.
I left Light because Arcane fit my aesthetic better, but I'd still recommend it!
They seem to be a smaller flight too, which means closer community. :)

It's pretty hard to go wrong with red eyes, imo. I think Plague is great! We're pretty big/active!
As for lore, I suppose it depends on what you want! I tend to find instead of individualism and "survival of the fittest," Plague player lore actually strongly tends toward community and connection. It's easier to survive when you have support, after all! There's lots of potential for building on it!
That being said, Plague is very much one of those "all in" kinds of flights in terms of looks. We have a pretty distinct aesthetic and it's not for everyone.

I gotta say, bones and soup sounds awesome hahah. I also think it would fit my medical science interests! Though I'm also partial to the lore of water, especially with oracles and prophecy, that sounds awesome
