On Sunday January 2, 2022 the automation for Night of the Nocturne ran per usual at 06:00 server time, turning off the event, instead of the extended end-date of January 3rd at 06:00 server time. The 24-hour event extension was originally added to make up for a 15-hour unexpected maintenance.
This early cut-off was not intended. It was discovered by a team member a little before 08:00 server time that same day, and the Night of the Nocturne event was set back to active until 06:00 server time today, Monday January 3, 2022.
What this is means that the Night of the Nocturne event was set to "off" for just under two hours yesterday due to human error. We sincerely apologize for the delay in communicating this to you, and for any inconvenience or frustration this mistake caused our community.
