Flight Rising Discussion

I know it's canon that all Water Dragons can breathe underwater --
but I've got this memory that all Wind dragons can fly, even Snappers.

Anybody know where I might be getting that?

I imagine that Wind Element Snappers are like chickens. They can fly, just not very far.

According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way that a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyways.
