Perhaps Stargazer and Nebula wasn’t the best choices for an underwater excursion to facilitate the exchange of meteor shards under the sea in exchange for protection against dragon predation… But who could blame them for trying? The cave was littered with shards of what resembled scales, but much smoother. Scattered here and there, they reflected light that bounced off of the ceiling and the walls, before rebounding off of the dragons’ scales and the water. Nebula picked one of the up to their eye level to examine. It looked like glass, except smooth. “Should we...clean it up?” Stargazer lightly asked, shifting from talon to talon. The Guardian was currently standing outside of the caves, being too large to fit through. Nebula tossed the glass in their talons away without a second thought. “We should. It would help diplomatic attempts, right?” Stargazer nodded, watching as the Fae muttered a few runes, and observing in awe as the glass shards levitated and vanished into thin air with a few popping sounds. No matter how many times she saw Nebula’s magic, it would never cease to amaze her. Nebula released a silent sigh as they lowered their hands, arcane energies dispersing around them. The exalts briefly enjoyed a moment of silence, but not for long before it was shattered by a very [i]very[/i] angry Maren. “WHAT DID YOU TWO DO?” Nebula whipped around. “Er...we cleaned up the cave of the shards of broken glass and-” “You two did WHAT?” The Maren scrambled around, swimming around the cave as Nebula tried to stay out of his way. “YOU VANISHED MY SEAGLASS?” Seaglass? Was that what it was called? “Erm...yes?” “DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW LONG THAT TOOK TO ASSEMBLE? MY FAMILY SPENT GENERATIONS HUNTING FOR THESE ON THE SURFACE, AND YOU TWO JUST THREW IT AWAY?
