I only collect ones I like. Even if I don't think I'll ever use it, but I like it, I'll get one. But not if I'm not fond of it.

Nah. I get rid of any skin I won't personally use, can be a bit annoying though since I don't like too many dragon breeds.

I don't go out of my way to collect them (usually.) The exception is if there's one that looks like it might be popular, lol.

eh, not actively? i only buy umas/fest skins that i think are really pretty but i end up with a variety of others too, be it through gifts, raffles or nox boxes. i don't bother selling those though
