Question: what would count as a "trick"?

Really up to you! In the Trickster tier, you do not have to send an item back to someone who has come to your lair. You can choose to send back a message RPing the fact that your greeter dragon has not provided anything to the treater dragon.

She is a reserved dragon, but this time of year, she is truly in her element- the night falls over the lands, darkness swallowing every dragon and creature, and Nótt emerges in her true form. Skin drawn taut over gangly bones, an unearthly shape lingering in the air akin to her mortal wings- always there, but always gone when looked at. A frightening sight, some may say, but truly; she's harmless. Mostly. With unlimited access to the clan's excess supplies and knick-knacks, she prepares to face the strangers that may come knocking. Those that don't march up to the gates themselves, however, may meet any dragon skulking about; there's an abundance of places to arrive in Valhall, after all, from the market to the deadened forest and the shoreline in it's frigid grandeur. Lifthrasir may appear quite spooky, but he's a friendly one- being a monster hunter, however, he would never pass up a chance to run about in hopes of spotting something new and exploring the world as the Veil thins and reveals all. Nox is finding herself (and please, do not worry if she comes to you under another name, for this is a night of exploration of the heart), these days- perhaps, out in the night, she'll find yet another part of herself? One may give a treat, the other a trick. You'll only know if you knock. Just... don't be surprised if they mention a player behind your actions. Most drakes pay that no heed. After all, how ridiculous is it to think that weird beastclan-like entities are controlling your every move? It's likely just a trick to go along with the season.
