[/quote] Disclaimer: I'm not familiar at all with the G1 market. If I'm reading this right, not gening G1s will negatively impact their sale value; is that right? It's interesting because I would've thought people would rather gene the G1s themselves, but like I said I know nothing of the G1 market. If it were me, while I'm actually only positive-leaning-ambivalent on basic genes, I'm also extremely picky with how non-basic genes look. [s]For example, I kind of, sort of, absolutely detest fade/blend. But hey, different strokes for different strokes.[/s] Well, maybe it has to do with how "remove primary/secondary/tertiary" scrolls are a lot cheaper than gene scrolls?

Also I find that leaving one gene basic works wonderfully on XYYs, XYX or XXYs, in which you leave the different gene basic and there you have it, a perfectly good dragon

My progen just doesn’t really look good with any tert, being that the colour is emerald ooF lmao, so I’m keeping her basic!
