My Clan really only celebrates Flameforgers and NoTN.
For Flameforgers theres usually a lot of craftsmaking, blacksmithing, and rituals in honor of the Flamecaller. To end each night there is a big feast that the Clan partakes in to share stories of battle or magic. This year the Clan plans to throw very firey, musical entertainment for Flamecallers original children, Banescales.
For NoTN, its primarily centered around my dragon Pyralis, who is one of the Clans most important dragons, as he guides the stars into prophecy. He can foretell the outcomes of battle or raids, and for that Alukar, my Clan leader, throws a magic-infused flaming baton into the air to signal Pyralis that it is time to awake for the event. During the two weeks of NoTN, a huge bonfire is lit every night to draw the attention of mimics, to then the Clan engages in a battle in Pyralis' honor.
This NoTN however, Pyralis found a nocturne egg amidst the battle and cared for it until it hatched into a Earth noc of whom he named Arcadia. Arcadia was shunned for not being a child of flame, but Pyralis saw her great potential as a diplomat and convinced a still sour Alukar to let her become the Earth Ambassador for the Clan.

Ooh, that's a really good question!

Well, there's a part of my clan that's constantly roaming around for the specific purpose of visiting each Flight for their festival, so that part joins in with the big festival happening in that territory, whatever that might entail. Music, hunting, a big display of craftsmanship, they're game for it all!

The rest of the clan doesn't celebrate per se, but some of them do hold a small ceremony/vigil of their own to honor the traveling members and wish them luck on the next leg of their journey.

ETA: The exception to this rule is the Night of the Nocturne. That event coincides with the time where they finally get to come home and catch up with the rest of their clanmates, getting a rest before heading out for the next circuit. I... haven't quite decided what exactly NotN itself looks like in my lore, to be honest!

Esme, a very red and Plague-themed Skydancer. A medallion depicting the Plaguebringer in profile.
It depends on the thing being celebrated, really.

As a general rule, my Reps act as the ones who plan the ceremony for the holidays, with the assistance of volunteers. In pretty much every Flight-related holiday, the Rep from each flight will tell tales and legends from their respective Birth Flight to all, especially the younger dragons who seem to enjoy it so. This is usually followed by food, and whatever activity there is planned. Be it magical Arcane demonstrations, Wind-Flight themed performances of grace, Scavenger hunts and fake "survival" tests and games for Plague, Exploring strange flora and fauna for Nature, a Water beach/swimming party maybe.

Can't you hear the bells singing along?
You all hear it on the radio
Can't you see the hero coming home?
Can't you hear the bells

They are literally living under a rock and don't really understand why they are being forced to go collect snow that doesn't melt, only to give it away for some chains

My clan doesn't celebrate any of the elemental holidays. In fact, they don't really have any holidays. I guess what they do celebrate is the anniversary/birthday of the clan, but even then it's more of a religious service with a banquet as a bonus?

IT'S PARTY TIME BOYS!! Every flight festival (and sometimes not even on a festival) my clan throws a huge party, and dragons from that flight are showered with affection! It's a time to let loose, and a big feast with traditional food from the festival flight's territory is made! NotN is treated the same, but celebrating the Nocturnes, the start of winter, and the return of the Sidera Errantia for the winter. Other smaller festivities are held throughout the year, including the changes of seasons and the founding of the clan.

My clan consists of four lovely lady Nocturnes. They all work in the coli, either lending their services for money or training young ones for the Gladekeeper. So, because of that, they don’t really have a lot of time for celebration.

Night of the Nocturne is the one time everyone celebrates and finds time to relax. There is work to be done, for sure, but there are also calm nights spent around a fire, telling stories of the past and feasting.

Split Heartwood loves parties and thinks life is something to be celebrated. They're also a big mixture of dragons from a bunch of different flights, who are connected to another bunch of different flights. As such, they commonly host mini-festivals and feasts and games even when it's a non-Earth flight's celebration. Because of how often something is happening, there are actually two dragons whose entire job within the clan is to plan out festivities.

The biggest celebration, however, is the Haunt. Late in the autumn, they get together to be spooky and silly and share the bounty of the year's harvesting with outsiders. It's one last time to let go and be and do everything they dream up before winter hits. Last year they had some dozen events to choose from. It was fun.

If they're not honing their fighting skills during festivals, they're taking a much-needed rest.

I'm digging all these lore questions so much, they're so much fun!!

We have festivals that are held for natural cycles and similar. Every month has a festival for its month god (like Khonsu, Menqit, Min, etc), we celebrate the beginning of every season, we celebrate the end of every season, we have festivals for the floods and the rain season, and so on.

The biggest festival is called Mesut Nepra (during Drakeharvest) where we celebrate the hottest days in the desert, the harvest of first grape vines and the making of wine, and mainly grain and produce. It's a festival dedicated to Neper, the god of grain, and people are then found in the streets near fruit-filled stands or in the pronaos or courtyard of the grand temple where they can dine, sing, dance or watch the stars from the top of the temple if they don't enjoy the crowds so much. Hetepi's really large and chonky polycephallic pet bull called Bekh is adorned with flowers, jewellery and linens, then escorted through the town to the temple where people celebrate the festival. Donkeys and horses are also adorned with flowers and they carry baskets of fresh produce that people of all sorts can eat (and better believe that the basket carriers get lots of snacks while doing it!) It's overall just a very fun time.
Another thing that came to mind happens just around two weeks after Mesut Nepra and also half a year later is when the rest (aka the majority) of the grape vines are ready for harvest. Due to the optional environmental conditions and geographical position of the desert, including the delta where the clan is, the endemic varieties of the desert grape vine bear fruit twice a year. There are no cold months in the desert so it's the perfect place to grow the grape vine, especially because of the fertile soil and enough water distribution from the river. During a span of 5 days twice a year Wadjet the winemaker organises parties in her villa where most of the clan joins the harvest and helps with the wine press. Once again, a grand time.
