So I was just thinking about this, how do you think each breed runs or generally moves about?
For me it’s this:
Guardians: galloping very similar to a bull or rhinoceros
Bogsneak: they run in a really slithery way, so their heads and tails move around a lot like a snake
Coatls: they do a lot of trotting, when they do run it’s like a dog
Skydancers: a very delicate gallop
Snappers: they run like tortoises only a lot mor swaying
Mirrors: they run like a wolf
Gaolers: pretty much like guardians
Fae: when they are on the ground they look very dainty
Tundras: galloping
Ridgebacks: a very bouncy gallop
Imperials: bounding like a deer with assistance from their wings
Pearlcatchers: sort of like rabbits but a bit more gallopy
Nocturnes: running like a dog
Spirals: like a snake with legs
Wildclaws: bipedal, this one doesn’t require much explanation

I think Fae would move a lot like lizards, sort of darting around on all fours. (When they land, that is - they probably spend most of their time flying)
IIRC the Encyclopedia mentions, for some breeds at least, how they move, but I don't remember much beyond that

SNAPPERS THO..let me indulge myself i need to get this off my CHEST
snappers have?? really long hind legs?? generally speaking quadrupedal ground-dwelling animals should have legs that are the same length, or at least very similar lengths. but look at this lil watermelon

her front legs convey a standing position but those are the hind legs of a squattin' dragon. what does this mean

thats what it means
NOW there are a few irl terrestrial quadrupeds that have hind legs significantly longer than their front ones!! for example, kangaroos and toads and frogs. but let me ask you. what do these creatures have in common
they jump
i can imagine a few possible gaits for snappers. lets be creative. please excuse my mediocre animation skills
option 1: "the bellyflop"

option 2: "the 45 degree angle"

and last but not least, option 3: "the hot legs"

Faes move like squirrels. All little hops and jumping between tall things so they don't get squished.

Bogsneaks look like they would walk like komodo dragons so much so that before I read the encyclopedia entry on them, I though that bogsneaks lived mostly solitary lives but came together to hunt food in groups and males would perform dragon gladiator battles against each other to impress females during bogsneak mating season.

Kysska I think that may have ruined snappers for me.

I've always been fond of the mental image of Coatls doing the salamander scramble.

I always imagined faes can walk of two legs so... self-explanatory on how they run
also i like to imagine spirals running is actually a myth of some sort because no-one has seen such event happen... they just... fly
also coatls run like corgis, dachshunds and munchkin cats
cuz their anatomy is very similar when it comes to having stubby lil legs
