I'm on mobile Chrome (version 76.0.3809.133), Android 5.1.1, and I just got an ad for Ashley Madison on both the side and bottom, at the same time, when I loaded my lair.
As I type this, there's an Adam & Eve ad on the side.

I’m on mobile iOS using Safari so I wasn’t able to right click inspect the ad but I was playing a fairgrounds game when a sidebar ad for a site called Dealsdot came up and it popped open their website without me clicking on the ad.

Hey, I have two ads to report. These adds appeared on Win 10 + Chrome. I have cleared my history/cookies and they still appeared.
I posted earlier here about a pop up ad that reloads FR page to phishing site (that disguises itself as our local telephone operator). It disappeared for a while after you were investigating some ads, but one day it popped up again (by so far at has happened only once). This time I have better photos of its source.
