Same! I didn't look at the source, as I wanted to get the heck out of there.
It tried to redirect to atleast 2 different pages really fast before that pops up though.

I've had a bunch of redirects too. But it's only been showing one ad. It's the one for https://www.hiveworkscomics.com/ and says discover adventure. So I'm not sure if another one is trying to load after it or what.

If you look at your dropdown menu where your arrows are you can see how many different places it tried to redirect to, before landing on that final page. Sadly can't get much info due to the quick redirects.
