Eventually if you purchase enough lair slots you'll get one. It goes 50 and 100 you rank up

i assume you mean mighty, venerable, and ancient lairs, so you have to continue buying lair expansions! they quickly become costly, though ^^;

You upgrade your lair to a certain amount of slots. Not sure about the exact amounts. It goes lesser, mighty, venerable, ancient.

You need to buy lair slots to expand your lair! Once you hit a certain number of slots, your lair will end up being upgraded automatically~
