Iokharic Nah, I'm pretty sure that HotDad would tornado launch them.
The Arcanist is big on the magical sciences, but I don't think technology has advanced to the point of launch dragons by rocket to their new flight so siege weapons.

Oh and speaking of music, water flight probably plays 10 hours of non-stop Baby Shark for all dragons that leave their flight.
