How do some of you guys grind for hours upon hours?
I can't keep my focus on the coli for longer than 40 minutes, even with a podcast or music in the background. It's just extremely monotonous and I never feel like I'm getting anywhere with it. It's a feeling of "this rare item could drop in 10 seconds or 10 hours so what's the point?"
What do you guys do to keep yourselves engaged? How long have you yourself grinded without getting a good drop?

Focus on the thing you're listening to or watching and not the coli. It becomes muscle memory at one point, like clicking a pen or something! And I've gone for days of consistent grinding without getting anything, but I have extremely bad luck in general sdskfd.

I space out and work on stories in my head. Also music, sometimes.
I tried with Coli grinding...uh...yeah I couldn't ever get attached to it. It just seemed boring after a bit.
I can't do it for hours, either, especially not without a break. Longest I've ever gone is two hours, and that was very difficult. I think most people get bored with such monotonous tasks very easily.
If I'm training fodder to exalt, that helps the time go by a bit easier. That said, though, I've grinded for weeks without getting any noticeable drops. The money from exalting helps that not feel as rough, too!

If training exalt fodder:
1 stop to exalt
2 look at that money
3 feel motivated
4 return to point one
If training to 25:
1 use an Anticitank or Mire Flyer so you can train one 25 and one fodder
2 stop to exalt
3 look at that money
4 feel motivated
5 return to point one
If grinding for items:
1 look at all that food
2 so much food
3 don't worry about particular items
4 just enjoy watching your food points go up
5 if everything else is a happy bonus, at least you're never disappointed. :)

Listening to stuff isn't enough for me; my eyes need something to do too. So I'll watch educational videos/shows while I let my left hand do its thing. Gives my hands something to do while I'm watching videos, and gives my eyes something to do while I'm coli-ing. Perfect.

Wait, like, in a splitscreen way? Or with two windows open? If so that's actually brilliant and might work for me,,!
@SkralDrog I put two windows next to each other, so splitscreen I guess? I make one window juuust wide enough for the coli window to fit, and then a window with youtube or whatever takes up the rest of the space. I leave my pointer over where the "fight on" button shows up. I do have to move the pointer when there's a captcha, but otherwise I just rest my hands on the keys I use and let autopilot take over. And the windows are right next to each other so looking back and forth isn't jarring.

I open a second browser window and minimize them so I can see them both at once, then I just coli on one and watch YouTube on the other. I save 10+ minute long videos to my "watch later" when I'm on mobile so I can watch them next time I coli.
