I'm laughing because I joined at the end of 2016, so I wasn't really around for the phase, but I do remember almost all the dragons I bought off the AH had cherub/peregrine!! XD

I still think of Welcome Weekers as new :P I don't think Welcome Weeks were a thing until 2017 right? I joined early 2015 and I remember going 6 months without any reg windows. I miss how tight knit the community was back then and what a big to-do newbies coming in was.
