Cherub use to be my favorite gene. I can't say its my favorite anymore because we've gotten some great genes recently but that doesn't change that I still think its great. it gives just the right mix of darker and lighter tones to some colors. I like obsidian and platinum cherub the best, but I think it looks great in a lot of the wheel. But that's just me.

cherub was my favorite gene when i first started playing (i loved cherub/peregrine/glimmer combos), and i still have a soft spot for it, so no, i can't say that i hate it.
there are lots of genes i prefer over cherub, but idk man i just think it looks kinda cute. i love how it makes them look like they're wearing socks

As a bee lover, on the rare occasion I find a gen 1 with the right bee colors, I play and see which genes make it the best "bee" it can be.
Cherub has the bands, and also the darkest shades for those bands, so it won this time.
