I'm sure it was already mentioned, but lair tabs and/or better lair organization. I'd love to be able to have sub-groups within my lair!

A search bar in the bestiary. I'm sad that this isn't a thing.
Also, as others have said before, aesthetic options, like changing the header image of your flight. This would be fun to add along with a big dump of art updates.
