I think I have an unnecessary battlestone that fits the description of the disease. Unfortunately, it's a Nature battlestone.

I skimmed through this thread and already forgot what was mentioned and what wasn't, but...
Allergies:
[item=Arroyo Toad] - "mirrors may suffer an allergic reaction"
[item=crystalplate wasp] - "The sting of a crystalplate wasp is known to cause severe allergic reactions"
Parasites:
[item=dune vampire][item=gold fly][item=engorged skytick][item=vampiric featherflea]
[item=lyretail puffer] - "these fish are susceptible to parasites (...) on the negative, the parasites are easy to catch too"
Other things:
[item=emetic russula]
I don't know if whatever I wrote here is related to the topic.

Yeah add me to the pinglist:
...huh I just had more ideas but then I got derailed and lost them. darn, im sure I'll remember later.
Oh right!
some illness that causes extreme chills and low body temperature maybe numb limbs named after the icewarden or the cragward custodian.
there was also some kind fo fever...Tengu fever!
also I headcanon that Plague Mirrors have a weakness against most fungus infections.
...Also I imagine a Tarantella illness being an actual thing
Oh! And of course non-water dragons have to be careful living in the Sea od 1000 currents so tehy don't get the Bends! Some non-wind dragons also suffer from it if they rapidly descend from the Cloudsong.

I had an idea about a shadow-y sickness, sorry If it's already been mentioned, or something close to it has.
In the first stages of the disease, nothing really happens, just the over-production of saliva and mucus. If it is diagnosed on this first stage, it is very easy to treat and cure it. This stage normally lasts a week at most.
After that, the mucus and spit turn black with, this is when it's the most contagious, and while you can still cure it in this stage, there is a high factor that other will be infected, maybe without really knowing. This stage often lasts 2-3 weeks
The third stage is when it starts to become lethal. The dragon starts throwing up whatever they try to eat or drink within a few minutes of eating/drinking. If this is. Most stomach-soothing medicines don't help, but the more potent ones can. Any medicine eaten to cure the virus will be throw back up, so it must be taken through a shot. Most dragons die from starvation or dehydration. This stage lasts 2 weeks.
This is the last stage, and most patients who reach this stage without being cured are doomed to die. The patient's blood begins to turn black, and blood refuses to clot, resulting in a death by bleeding out- if they were to get a cut, for the blood would just keep flowing without making a scab or scar. After a 1 or 2 weeks, the patient will start bleeding out black goo from every hole in their body, including the nose, eyes and mouth. This goo is a mixture of blood, mucus, and even vital organs as the body begins to break down into a internal soup. This lasts at the most 3-5 days, as the patient dies very quickly. The breaking down of the brain and result in seizures, stroke, and even insanity. The brain is often the last organ to break down, leaving most patients long dead before this happens.
This disease has been named "Shadowbinder's Curse" As the last few stages make the infected bleed a similar goop as she is depicted to,
