@LanathanaWolf - Looking at the colour generator, there are reds in the five-digits range - it may have to do with people putting a 0 in front of their ID as opposed to a letter! For instance, #E13540 is red Cinnabar, and #A13540 is brownish Stiletto, but #013540 is blue/greenish.
EDIT: Same sort of thing with your ID - #018535 is green, but definitely not #C18535 or #F18535!

I used Random.org to figure out the letter. I like orange-red, so this was a good result. Oh. And I just realized while previewing it that it's very close to FR's main color.
