Maned Wolf
Pearlcatchers and Guardians. I mean, the male PC/female Guardian pose even has the legs moving in the same way a maned wolf's does, where the legs on the same side move in unison, instead of opposite (I think there's an official word but I can't remember it right now). This is exactly how I imagine them, just with their head held high instead of low and level with the spine (and with a bit more oomph to their hips - probably with a bid of a birdish head-bob too - on the PCs).
Cheetah
Skydancers and Aberrations. It's just something about the long legs. I can't imagine them walking like horses, since horses have hooves. The walking would just be too different for me to picture well. They would also walk with their heads high, instead of low like in the gif
Chicken
Banescales. It was hard at first to think of a good bipedal animal, since their legs are weirdly crouched in the male pose, but looking at how long they can be on the female, the only animal I imagine walks in any way like how Banescales probably do is chickens.
T-Red Baby (thank you Prehistoric Planet)
Wildclaws. I know everyone thinks of velociraptors for them, but when I think of velociraptors, but when I think of those dinos I think of something tiny and with a lot more feathers. So instead, I present to you the adorable t-rex babies seen in Prehistoric Planet. Should be plenty of youtube video examples too if this isn't enoguh. But yeah, this is what I imagine for Wildclaws, with their long tails and legs, but very little feathers.
Komodo Dragon
Bogsneaks. I mean... need I say more? Just imagine a Komodo Dragon with frills, a slightly longer neck, and wings tucked to its back/sides. Just a Bogsneak
Otter
Coatls. Another one that I feel is pretty obvious once you look at it lol
Lemurs
Fae. And I had to do two gifs for this one. I imagine when they do the hopping, their arms are actually clutched close to their body, and their wings are the ones they raise and spread (like the lemur's arms in the gif). If they do walk, it's probably pretty comical - like frilly lemurs with wings and spindly tails
Tiger/Bear hybrid
Gaolers. A weird one, I initially imagined them walking like bears - being big, with long claws - but their back legs aren't plantigrade like a bear. So then I thought of tigers, with their lumbering gate. Something in between there, I think. A more unique gate than anything earth really has, I imagine.
Ferret
Imperials and Veilspun. I'm not sure how they'd handle their longer necks and tails, since ferrets kind of have a shorter overall body ratio compared to an Imp/a Veil, but I think the general concept, especially for the legs and back, fits well. I imagine Veils, however, don't like to walk too much. All that hair would get underfoot and cause tripping. They probably fly more often than not, and I imagine their wings buzz and flap like a bee's. Honestly... the hair would probably still be a mess, the wings would kick up a wind that would blow strands everywhere lol let's pretend they use magic or tools to keep their hair at bay.
Serval
Mirrors. I could not for the life of me find a good one of one walking, so here's one freaking out at a toy in a way I can 100% picture a Mirror doing, just with more tail flailing. I feel like most cats are more heavy-set than Mirrors, or too short-legged. But the other long-legged cat I can think of, cheetahs, are
too long-legged. Servals soon came to mind - they have a body-to-leg ratio that better fits my mental image of Mirrors. I think it's the male pose Mirror that does this, but I can't look at Mirrors and picture a dog/wolf gate. They just don't strike me as moving like that. A longer-legged cat though? That has the fluidity I imagine.
Weasel/Bat hybrid
Nocturnes. Because... honestly, nothing on earth quite looks like them. Tiny legs, pot-bellies, massive wings... So this is what I imagine, in part inspired by looking at the baby Noc. They can walk on their limbs if they like, probably needing to hold their wings up since they're so big and probably hefty. This, I imagine, is quite the low-to-the-ground gate, and I imagine they're way less slinky than weasels (but weasels have the tiny-legs-long-body Nocs have). Another way I imagine them walking is using the tough wrists of their wings, holding their arms up and to their chest. This is probably easier for them in the long run, at least in my headcanon.
Lion
Obelisks. I imagine their front legs might have a bit more of a swing to their step since their so freaking huge in comparison to the rest of their body, but Obelisks are already lions, basically lol
Hyena
Ridgebacks. I have no real reason, to be honest. I feel like Ridgebacks are another weird breed lacking a good irl comparison. But Hyenas have a similar looking bend to their spine, with shoulders higher than their hips, so... probably something similar. Their heads probably bob like birds though.
Snapping Turtle/Stegosaurus hyrbrid
Snappers. Another weird one. They have very odd legs, as we've clearly established in this thread. So I imagine something between the way a snapping turtle moves, and how stegosaurus probably moved. Probably some weird mix of the longer stego legs, but swinging them like snapping turtles do as they stroll (I would not for the life of me find a good snapping turtle gif, so all we have is an image)
Snake
Spirals. Spirals are yet another breed without a good irl counterpart. So my proposition is this - they don't walk, they slither. But it's a weird slither. I imagine they use their arms, and possible wings too, to help give them momentum as they go along. If they really don't want to use their limbs, they flatten them down to their back/sides and just rely on their belly muscles.
Wolf
Tundras. Honestly, wolf still feels a bit off as a choice. Something about Tundra legs, feet, and overall anatomy doesn't really seem like something that moves like a wolf does. But I can't think of any other animal - they don't strike me as cat-like, they don't walk plantigrade like bears, they definitely don't have horse legs... I don't know, Tundras have me more stumped than Snappers and Ridgebacks.
Edit to add: A lot of breeds are just weird overall. Most don't have an elongated wrist like seen in canines/felines, so that alone would change their gate I imagine. But this is my best attempt to show my mental imaginings using real life examples, since I lack animation and anatomy skills haha
