[*]It could be: treasures, food, apparel, etc or just another dragon. [*]The user above can accept or deny the offer. [*]If they accept, send the user a two-way CR. [*][i]Rinse and Repeat steps... 1, 2, 3 & sometimes 4.[/i] [size=2]NOTE for #2: A user is free to offer anything they'd like. What we do ask - to ensure the game is fun please try to keep your offers fair! Ex: Offering a fodder dragon for a gened G1 is not considered fair. Again, you can do as you'd like but this does ruin the game for others. D: [/size] [/LIST] [center][img]https://i.imgur.com/6qRM1cb.png[/img][/center] [center][b][size=5]RULES[/size][/b] [Last Update: 07-03-2020][/center] [LIST] [*][b]Recommended:[/b] Own 40 dragons. For users with less than 40 dragons in their lair, please note you are welcome to play BUT a user [b]CAN[/b] choose to skip you and offer instead to the [u]latest user before you[/u] with more than 40 dragons in their lair. [*][b]Keeping the thread spam-free:[/b] Only 2 posts should exist in this thread by users - claiming posts (Where you state 'claim', 'c', '@/ above users username' AND the response 'I accept!', 'I decline', 'let's take it to PMs'). In your response posts, please include '/skip me' so the next user clearly knows to skip your post. All other posts are considered spam and should be removed. IF you post 'c' and then post again with the offer, you [b]MUST[/b] delete the unused 'c' post. No exceptions. Further finalization of trades such as adding offers, increase/decrease of price set should be settled in PM by the users and not in this thread. [*]A user can only offer on [u]1 dragon at a time.[/u] [*]If a user offers on your [i]Progen[/i] unknowingly, you as the owner should tell the user and the user must offer on another dragon. [*]If a user agrees to accept an offer, [u]that user may not tell the new owner what to do with the dragon once the trade is complete[/u]. (Ex: Don't exalt, don't trade, etc). [*]You as the claimee [b]MUST[/b] post a link to the dragon you are offering on AND the link to your offer (item images, dragon links, etc). Do not use a dragon names when offering only. Ex: 'I want Galinda'. <- No idea which dragon is Galinda lol! [*][u] Once you have claimed someone[/u], you must wait for [b]3 other people to offer to others before you can claim again[/b]. [*][b]Offers must be clear[/b]. You are free to offer whatever you like [u]but[/u] your offer has to be convenient to the user you are offering to. This means you must: - Post your offer cleanly either through [b]images or dragon links[/b] to the other user. [b]OR[/b] - [b][u]Link to a tab where every single dragon is free to be selected[/b][/u]. This means you are no longer able to specify 'this tab but do not select the primal, art dragons, permababies, etc. [*][b]'Claim Trains' are not allowed:[/b] A user can ONLY claim when the previous user who claimed already listed their offer for a dragon. If a user claims before the previous user can put their offer, it is considered void. The user who follows this rule will be the next valid claim. [*][b]Off Limit Dragons:[/b] For every 40 dragons in a lair, you can restrict users from offering to a maximum of 6 tradeable dragons (progens are excluded from the count; you can restrict them on default just let the group know which are progens). This means: -40 dragons - Restrict Max of 6 -80 dragons - Restrict Max of 12, etc [center][b]Recommendation:[/b] For clarity, we recommend linking your off limit dragons in your post or specify a tab saying 'Off Limits' in your lair. If your off limit dragons are 6 or less, you can provide just names. If your off limits go over these required numbers, your off limits are invalid and all can be offered on. [u][b]NOT[/b] allowed[/u]: 'All my Permababies are off limits' <- This requires a count to be done and we can not verify how many dragons you actually have off limits.[/center] [*] [b]Re: Off-limit dragons[/b] - A separate 'On Hold' list is not permitted. If you have a number of dragons up for auction / trade / on hold for someone, you [b]must[/b] include them in your off-limits dragon total (see above rule for understanding of #s). You [b]can[/b] communicate to users that you have dragons on hold and [u]list them out[/u] but the user who claims you [b]is allowed to offer on these dragons and is not required to select another dragon to offer on[/b]. You can remind them the dragon is on-hold but if it is outside your previously outlined off-limit dragons the user does not need to offer on something else if they do not wish it. This rule has been included to ensure folks are not going above their off-limit totals for fairness. [*] [b]Respond to previous offers before posting again[/b] Before claiming again, you [b]must[/b] either accept or deny the previous users offer to you. This is simply good etiquette if someone is holding out their offer to you in case you accept. You may in your new claim post within that same post state an accept or reject but you can no longer simply ignore offers from other users. [*][b]Use of Guidelines: [/b]Your guidelines may [b]only[/b] outline which dragons are off limits and a wishlist (which contains items, dream dragons, etc). Guidelines may not outline language that sounds like something will not be accepted. Examples of not-allowed language (I will likely not accept dragon offers, I do not want fodder dragons, I do not want XYY dragons, I do not like snappers), etc. A user can offer whatever they like to you. [*] [b]Claiming Time Limit:[/b] There is a 1 hour time limit to claims. If you write any variation of claim ('c', 'claim', 'your dragons belong to me') etc and you have not edited your claim in 1 hours time, your claim is void and someone else can now claim the previous user. If 30 minutes (not 25 minutes, it has to be 30 minutes + ) has passed since the user has claimed AND a thread owner nor moderator is around, any user CAN ping the claiming user and provide a friendly reminder in thread. This can only be done once so if someone has done so before you, please don't do it again! Once the user has posted, please delete your reminder post! [*] Any problems with the thread?
