Hey, just popping in to list my reasoning behind my vote this time around
Night one: Kill by poison
Phosphora likely could've easily borrowed (or stolen) a poison from Haniel, given that she was guarding the alchemist, and probably could've had her familiar sneak in to poison the food. Meta reasoning, the killer knows who the vengeful is, and would benefit from framing the alchemist
Night three: the killer seemed pretty confident they could overpower Tricholas, which Phosphora, as a bodyguard, would fit well. Admittedly, Mauhner also would be more than capable of overpowering them, but I'm not listing my dragon as a suspect for obvious reasons
Night four: Tricholas relaxed when they saw *who* was approaching them, and they'd be much more likely to relax around the bodyguard they'd already interacted with than Mauhner, who's been a shut in. Also, Phosphora would have no difficulty shattering Tricholas.

The thing with night 2 is that I don't really have any strong opinions about who could've done that, just somebody sneaky (already in night 1) and possibly using magic to avoid the dog (similar with night 3, where I feel they used magic to not be seen on their way out)
Since there's no strong evidence from night 2 pointing to anyone, and the only strong *defense* for night two being for Seskel, the victim, I didn't include it
In short, I think the killer is using magic, but more to help them sneak around, so less obvious than using magic as a means to kill

I have sent along a small elemental spirit that will guide you to the island. I eagerly await your arrival, and look forward to meeting you. Lord Apophis” You squint at the letter for a long time. You’ve never heard of that secret society, nor are you a part of it. The sender’s name sounds vaguely familiar to you, and after asking around the clan, you find out that he is one of the richest business dragons in Sornieth. He is known to have many connections, and his island is also a secretive, exclusive place. Well. You’re not one to give up a good chance. [b]For your own reasons[/b], you decide to pack up that day and depart, telling your friends and family you will be off on a “short holiday”, and follow the elemental spirit towards the Sunbeam Ruins. Personally, I think the swiftness described in almost every kill probably leans more towards Mauhner. But the weight of a snapper does seem to hint at a much bigger killer.
But that might also be the intent.
I'll vote Mauhner this round, unless there are any good defenses
