Iriza lashed out at Aviva because she was in a fragile moment, since she did have a connection with Sirensong and she was trying to process the emotions. Aviva just happened to be the first one that approached Iriza during her meltdown. basically, skeleton unhappy, dragon approach, skele go rage
Also canonically she has no stomach, there's zero point in ordering tea if she can't drink it, sry if that wasn't ever clarified lol

I still don't understand how Garen would get poison (so out of the loop haha), but he's a good boy and that's all that matter. Also he didn't have a special role so I didn't want to push too hard.
