His father fled to District 9 upon encountering the love of his life while stationed there for a time, and after a faked death managed to escape and re-establish himself with his new family. [b]District:[/b] 9 Also I'd like to sponsor District 1! I may not be able to do so for an incredible amount of time, but I can easily get at least 8 weeks worth of prizes right now, so I can sponsor for 2 months at minimum. :) (I'll undoubtedly be able to build up more reserves as time goes on so this will likely extend, but as of the given moment I could push out 8 weeks worth of prizes if I didn't accrue any more funds. <3)
