Assuming I understood correctly, I decided that one of a group (the dragon to her left) was unfortunate and that Faryelle here was the one who managed to stumble upon the right trail. So yeah, I have her unfortunate comrade as the one who was erased (and both have links to the post of today's event if that's okay). XD

The first post says 'If you join after the first day, that’s no problem; just start with the very first mission and catch up to the current mission.' So you don't have to worry about playing every day. ^^
The daily mission is here. It has task in bold next to where it sums up the mission (you choose one of the tasks) and the in-character text gives you an idea of what you're looking for (though the first post also says that asking for three clues per day from Sinsational is also allowed).
