Box 1: This stone box is entangled with all sorts of unknown plants and vines. It looks like it's about to crumble from the pressure.
Box 2: This box is a rich shade of maroon and looks like it was hastily wrapped in...ace bandages?
Box 3: This box has varying species of fungi and flowers on it. It is covered in moss so you can not see the true color of the box.

You struggle with the vines but eventually you get the box open. It contains a couple of battle stones.

You unwrap the bandages and look inside. There's some wrappings inside. Maybe you could use these for various medical uses?

It's surprisingly easy to get the box open then you immediately realize why. A playful mirror hatchling has jumped out of the box as you open it and now is pretty much bouncing in anticipation. You get attached to the little guy and take him home.

Box 2: Cardboard box encased in ice. REALLY cold to the touch.
Box 3: More like a wooden crate. Has childish drawings of animals on it.
