If you're are interested... this hatchery I just bought a dragon off has a blue range pair! It's CryFac and then a basic/gembound tert (they just hatched a batch and got all basic hatchlings :))
I also have a pair.... but the wrong breeds really.... so I don't think you'd take either a nocturne/PC with the range you want but you'll probably won't want to take a look due to the breeds (the colours are within the blood range though)

@Phantomsylveon I've got this pair which can produce the hatchlings with the right colours/genes combo:

They recently had a nest, though, and the only hatchling left now is an xyz. They'll be RTB in 26 days.
