-Person with the closest drawn number is the winner
-You can only receive one dragon per drawing
-Drawing ends on 20:00 on the next day, and if you don't claim your prize in 24 hours, the dragon will be given to the second closest person to the drawn number
-First winner claims their prize
-You can add your own dragons to the raffle
-Be nice
-Have fun!
