Ping the person above you and send them a nocturne; you get to keep the dragon posted after yours! If you don't like the dragon that is sent to you, don't refuse it--accept the trade and cycle it back into the thread, sell it, or exalt it.
Don't post a dragon if you aren't comfortable giving away. Posting your dragon here means you are giving it up permanently and it may even be exalted, so be sure you're ok with that before you post!
You can participate as many times as you want! Go nuts.
