My spiel: I like sparkly things, and space is sparkly. especially this one photo of the Pillars of Creation (2014)
Inspired by that photo, I embarked on a breeding project to establish a breeding pair of abyss crystal / clay toxin / copper runes space dragons. this was the vision:
Then I went on a chonky hiatus. In that time, Flair released. I'm now back from the hiatus! I headed to the Scrying Workshop and discovered that Clay Flair is absolutely gorgeous and also looks great and space-like on imps. I'd always wanted space imps but Clay Toxin doesn't look as great so I'd just given up on having imps before the hiatus.
But now I can make my dream come true with Flair!! I've gened up the pair already, now we're just waiting for cooldown!

I'm also planning on writing some overall lore for the pair based on my original space dragon lore, Novamancers. I will write 1-3 sentences worth for each hatchling to explain what characteristics they might have.
Lore concept for now: A scientist goes a bit insane and is enlightened on how to engineer new Novamancers. She goes on to market her creations as Nouveaumancers, who are made-to-order with just the right personalities and skills that your clan needs! She'd say "100% satisfaction guaranteed!" but sadly, magic isn't always predictable. Well, you know what you're signing up for, hopefully.
