so: what is a Very Normal Dragon?
a Very Normal Dragon went up into space and maybe..... got a little weird while they were there. look, we don't talk about it. this isn't a very large community and everyone knows each other's business; [i]obviously[/i] Glittercheeks looks different than she used to but you still have to see her every day at lunch so why make things awkward? and besides, that thing on her head might be listening. let's change the subject.
Very Normal Dragons must meet the following criteria:

[*]Aethers only. obviously.
[*]XYZ colours. no shortcuts to aesthetic harmony, this is a labour of love.
[*]Tide primary, Flair secondary, Space tertiary
[*]Faceted eyes. MAYBE glowing, if there's no element that looks right faceted.
[*]MUST BE COLOUR-COORDINATED!!!! I'm talking multichrome space with multichrome tide with multichrome flair. again, NO CHEATING, XYZs only!! not all colours are gonna Work. I can't find anything that looks good with metals tide and that's a tragedy but it's also just the way the cookie crumbles
[*]I personally think only female Aethers look creepy enough to count but I have grudgingly accepted a couple male examples into my heart.
