I love adopting “pre-loved” G1s~ Especially if the price is right! xD
Found this one for less than 50g… Wasn’t really planning on adding a “Bunnie x Antoine” pair to my collection of Sonic dragons. Out of all the freedom fighters, I was just going to build a “Sally” dragon and call it “good.” But his colors were right, and he was already gened so… eh! Thanks to him, now the rest of the freedom fighters are there too~

Gene-wise, this dragon was completely redone. But I needed these colors, and I needed a spiral scroll and he already had both so… Perfect! Saved me 300g~

Then there’s lil’ Nightcloud. I don’t remember who I bought him from. But they were super nice and sold him to me for less than 1k. I [i]love[/i] how saturated his colors are. I’ve been back ‘n forth over whether or not t give him flaunt/flair.

Don’t remember how much Firefly was. I just remember she was on an “exalt row” thread. Her colors reminded me of a pony I had when I was a kid. ^_^

I bought Dawn during my brief “Ooooh Sunset jaguar~” phase. I have since learned, I actually prefer marigold jaguar… So much so that it has its own lair tab! …but Dawn is still loved~

I rescued Chalcae as a baby… He was [i]completely[/i] gened, and tossed out for fodder price. I found it rather odd. But he’s mine now, I guess! I’ve considered regening him: he looks [i]so[/i] pretty in some of the newer genes. But I like him too much just the way he is.

Also an exalt rescue! Fully gened and leveled to 20…? *shrugs* Admittedly, his tert’s a little too blue to be super matchy. But it’s not too noticeable to me.

I have a saved AH search for triple gened g1s! I love finding the weird combinations that kinda work but I never would've thought of. All of these were bought just the way they are!

When I saw her on the AH I almost didn't get her. Without her outfit she's...not much to look at. But I thought it was such a cool combination and a creative way to use a bunch of non-ideal colors that I just had to get her. Plus, she's the perfect dragon for a skin I've had sitting in my hoard for years.
Also, every single one of these was under 200G!

The only gene I changed for Xia was their secondary, otherwise they're completely as-is. I'm really picky about Stained dragons, but Xia stole my heart instantly.
I love seeing people love their pre-owned G1s because I have such a fondness for them! This thread is fantastic and these dragons are fantastic.
