I enjoy creating stories with my dragons, but often never write down their stories. So here's a thought, place here a dragon with their name, potentially their title to give a hint and let the next person say what they pick up from their outfit.
For example:
Someone pops a Spiral and call them Flick the Fleet, and has a messenger bag and thick fluffy attachments. Id say that they are one of the leading messengers of their clan, capable of traveling through snowstorms and other intense storm formations to bring messages and deliveries.

*Looks at him more* Maybe he was once a chemist for another flight but was exiled. Being hunted down and chased for so long, he grew resentful of the Craft he once adored and took to being a bounty hunter!

he looks— honestly, with that armor, he almost looks mechanical. and ‘dangerous’? a warbot, mayhaps? probably one who ran away from whatever he was constructed for, though, and decided to cause chaos for fun instead. looks like he’d join a motorcycle rally for some reason.

He seems like royalty to me! I'd imagine him to be either the prince, or the actual ruler of an Atlantis-like underwater kingdom. He must have gotten his title from land-dwellers, and it seems very unique and specific, so perhaps it's been a long while since anyone from underwater has been seen on the surface. Maybe he's on a diplomatic mission, or even graciously lending his aid in a time of need. I think in general he'd be soft-spoken, kind and gentle, which could make some dragons question his authority. In those cases he could also command respect and remind them that despite not being like what most would expect a ruler to be, he's more than capable of fulfilling his duties as a leader, while still sticking to his most important values, such as kindness.

Asprill doesn't necessarily seem evil, but he's got really unconventional and morally questionable means of solving problems using strange magic and rituals. It doesn't help that he lives in the fringes of society. He's open to helping others for a price, but asking him for help is already a sign of desperation, and on top of that, customers don't often get exactly what they want from him. They need to word their orders very specifically or he'll mess them up somehow, whether it's intentional or not. I also think he likes bugs and has a whole collection of bug-related knickknacks that he likes to show off to visitors.
