Where we are, it's always hot. Since we're fairly close to the equator, and oddly enough do not have a tropical climate, the days and nights are approximately the same length. There are no common seasons, only the wet and dry seasons. We have the harvesting, growing and flooding (inundation) seasons, although vegetables and fruit yield pretty much all year round due to ideal conditions. For example, due to cold winter temperatures not existing, the grapevine fruits all year round and can yield twice a year which is what we have the two grape harvesting festivals for.
With that said, we sure do lots of things to keep cool. From the way the architecture is built (with stone and brick that keep the interior cool), all the way to personal routines such as bathing in one of the lakes or drinking cold wine or beer. Aaru here likes to go to the beach to cool off. The Sea of a Thousand Currents in its entirety consists of warm currents, just like the Mediterranean Sea, but that doesn't mean that the warm water is still not a refreshment compared to the temperature of the air. Due to slightly higher humidity than the interior desert, as we're in the delta rather than in the continental region, the difference in temperature of the day and night are not as drastic as one might expect. The record low would be around 24 degrees.
