@ShadowRohart Wow, thanks so much for all the stars! Also thanks for the overall lair compliment too! You had many gorgeous and interesting dragons in your lair as well! I found 91 among all your tabs to hand out stars to! This dragon is just too pretty to not pick. If you're keeping track of her stars though, they might not have gone up since you last checked because apparently I've seen her elsewhere before, so she already had a star from me. She's just an absolute gorgeous captain! The apparel perfectly matches her genes and colors, while the accent gives her an entirely different, but still thematic (watery) secondary appearance that just makes her stand out and look extra interesting. Grats on both the scatter success and light sprite! Which despite what you said about your famililars, looks really good with her!

@Saronai Thank you so so much for all the lovely comments! (a few months ago I started adding comments to my dragon's bios and of course, all of your wonderful comments have been added as well!)
I especially love that 2 of the 3 you picked as top favorites are ones I've done extensive work on! Scorpion is my pride and joy. He's old, G1, unbred, level 25 and I regened his primary and secondary back when I got him about a year ago. I love him so much!
And Tidefury was one of my first dragons that I got when I joined a couple years ago. I've done extensive regening of her and it paid off! It's nice to have someone else appreciate her!
Thank you so much for all the stars! The amount of dressing my dragons have is the most I EVER do. While I know it's not for everyone, I don't understand the point of having pretty genes and colors if you can't see them under a mass of apparel.

@Saronai Thank you so much! I didn't realize Oracle and Aurora were sisters (quite literally, I think they're the same nest). I left her a star as well ;) Reading through your thoughts, I realized that I had two dragons named Eclipse, oops. I was so confused at first because...you already have Eclipse's accent?? But no, it is the other Eclipse. Straka has some really pretty space-themed accents, I think they'd be perfect for the Vast fandragon (also Magnus Archives! Yes!). Originally it was one clan and everyone was part of it. Then I started getting more dragons that I'd write the lore for first and then think "but wait, how do they live together? do they even live in the same area?" and eventually I gave up trying to fit them together. Seelie...I'm almost done. I've heard that iri/shim might be bugged on Obelisks, potentially so I'm holding off for a little just in case that gene gets changed. She was originally going to be a Veilspun but then Obelisks came out so...there went my plans. Man it was so hard only choosing one lol, your lair is absolutely stunning! Ultimately I kept finding myself going back to look at Airesa. @Chocoli Our Oracle and Eclipse are definitely same nest twins (they have a brother from the same nest too in someone else's lair, so my Oracle is the middle triplet). Once I recognized the dad's name I checked that all out in curiosity, they have only a single digit difference in their dragon ID and the same parents, right next to each other on the offspring list (no way to accomplish that without them being the same nest).

Oracle: I'm older by 1 second!

Also, you definitely made the right decision with Seelie for sure. That veilspun is pretty but does not at all compare to those genes and colors on an obelisk for sure!

@ChristianCutie Thank you so much for the compliments and stars! I liked over 30 in your lair! I shaved the quoted count by 5-7 (but left their stars in place) because I realized 3-5 of those maaaaaaybe 7 but probably less than 5 were given out to dragons in your sales tabs. I enjoyed reading about her in her bio as well - she sounds like quite the character. It also made me second think Budgie enough to check him out again (he only just barely missed a star at first - not a fan of gembond) and say yeah, he deserves a star after all. That first piece of bio art in his edit box is particularly adorable too!

@Birdmusic Thank you so much for the compliments! I sprinkled a total of 58 stars over your collection to my favourites in it and have 12 tabs open for choosing two finalists to showcase. The colours are simply gorgeous and well-balanced against the black of the dragon. Just enough gold without being overpowering and the pink of the apparels chosen provide a visual balance I find pleasing that perfectly matches the opal tertiary! The celestial attendant really seals the deal though - perfect finishing touch! And what a gift that she’s based on a legend you left in her bio! Pausing this entry to read it now (I love legends/real world mythos and think this one is probably new to me <3). Also a pretty song link to go with it! That is such a sweet, sad story and I am a SUCKER for the secretly not this gender trope. Also I’m very glad they get to be butterflies together and it doesn’t end on absolute tragedy. It was a beautiful legend, thanks for sharing it. And yes, totally needs that pose change scroll! And you gave them both butterfly wings! So sweet. I did, in fact, give Liang a star too, I had to go back and make sure you had him and they were TOGETHER lol. Which also led to me seeing he has a nice outfit lined up in his bio too!

I love her colours and her outfit and skin look so pretty. He has a bit of a mysterious vibe and his skin is absolutely gorgeous and matches him so well! I really like his light colours and his familair is very fitting. I also liked Rorik, Crystidae, Ehrendil, Mirage (I love his skin!) Iona, Caelum and Zaniah.

@fatalredemption How sweet of you to say, I’m genuinely flattered by the unexpected personal compliments. But also...I will uh...try not to crazy laugh at you for some of it ;D [center][b][size=4]Seriously, feel free to skip the section between here…[/b][/center][/size] I’m actually ~ 4 pets shy of a complete bestiary if I don’t count any kickstarter ones and I have my fallow periods in the game (I cry that I shall never have that sky kitty that was only $10 if I’d only been here sooner! I just do NOT have the willpower to play nonstop while saving ALL my funds for 2 years until I have it - I did the math lol). Honestly, moooostly right now what you’re seeing is ADHD hyperfocus on FR as a current specialized interest among other things I won’t get into here (also can’t work/no job). Out of all the other games I frequently cycle my interest through though, FR has THE BEST, most awesome and WELCOMING community. This place is just...SO NICE that way. I love it. Just makes it that much more fun to put up my little dragon gallery in a cozy online atmosphere. I do also have an awesome emotional support system in my life, even if the idea I have “a robust social life” amuses me (genuinely, I’m actually an introvert more prone to hermit habits, don’t let me fool you ;D ). Eventually I will need to withdraw and recharge for months. To be fair, now that you’ve pointed it out, I can totally see how my recent FR activity makes it seem otherwise though. Also probably covid :/ - covid got every introvert who’s sometimes less so online lookin like a social butterfly lol [emoji=butterfly 2 size=1] Also on another insomnia bender - I get SUPER chatty sometimes when I’m running on fumes - add to that I can type 100+ words per minute so uh...sorry bout this LOL Maybe after this event I’m running in FR I’ll be able to channel some of this into a Ko-fi or Patreon again or something. [center][b][size=4]...And here![/size] I got chatty and probably shouldn’t post it… But I also have poor impulse control So I’m gonna do it anyway lol[/b][/center] ----- I had all the nice warm fuzzies over the implication that you read enough of the spotty lore on multiple dragons to choose one for a lore favourite <3 I’m also happy to see that choice go to Minuialrin - I put a LOT of effort into that for a BSJ writing/gene scry/outfit contest I won him from as a grand prize in 2018. Also I’m very partial to the cozy lore I created for that whole top row as a group. I’ve got to edit that in there. That whole top row always nests at the same time because the boys are a pair and the girl and enby one are a pair so they help each other out and treat all the hatchlings as equal, doted on offspring between the four of them. Need to make a hatchling lore attachment or something. Anyway, thanks for the mood boost for sure! [b]Now on to the lair crawl for you![/b] 43 stars total for your collection! Also, don’t knock your creative potential! Lots of things can eat up creative energy and focus, but also, I enjoyed my visit to your lair. Practice > natural talent every time and all that. I’ve been working on something along those lines that’s sorta helping me when depression strikes. Instead of saying something like “Sorry for not having the time [i]or imagination to make it look good[/i]” (don’t talk crazy it looks good! - time is definitely a factor - I put crazy amounts of time into my lair/each outfit probably took me a few hours to get the way I want it). I will instead say something like: “I don’t get a lot of time to play, so try not to be blown away by how awesome most of my dragons look au naturale!” Not above using sarcasm on myself, psychologically speaking the words matter most, you can use all the sarcastic tone you want, but if you exaggerate for humor - even self-biting humor over time, in the long run, it does help silence the horrible tapes running through our skulls. Totally not a perfect method and maybe you already know it (sorry psych major lol) and it’s [i]incredibly[/i] hard to do when my depression flares up, but I think it’s helped the rest of the time (also I trip up some times even when I’m not climbing out of the holes). Anyway, your lair is good, especially since you only returned in Nov during a stressful pandemic and don’t have a lot of time on your hands. Okay, so I have multiple tabs open to read lore of some of the 42 starred dragons and apparently I feel like writing all the things right now so I’m just gonna do it. Oasis really wishes she were a nature dragon. Me too, Oasis, me too. This very much endears her to me! Seafoam is gonna look SO GOOD with those courtier rings when you get them! Stitchwraith: Dark, but such an [i]interesting[/i] idea! Not at all what I expected from a dragon with a stitched primary either, but makes sense in hindsight for the “crafted” idea. Sounds like a good premise for a little FR horror story. Kaminari: Pretty colors - again love the rings apparel, looks good on him and also single dad needs some love! Poor dude! Lushlin: This outfit was one of my faves! What an interesting-looking dragon! Looks good on her colors too! Ashclaw: Simple but it looks SO GOOD on her with those genes and colors. MaroonTide: Love this outfit too! Looks really good with those colors and the lace genes in particular. Slight eyewing as the familiar = perfection. Also...these financial endeavors...could she uh...help me? Lol Peregrine: lore star - what’s written makes her very endearing to me - I had to give her and Lycus both stars purely on her lore alone. Why you gotta be like that Gem? Wow. I love the note about Akraila in particular. Hopefully one day Akraila will reveal she cares the same way about Peregrine. Freedom’s lore tidbit made me do my amused static laugh - it’s not really a scoff ‘cause it’s pure amusement and not haughty. I don’t know if there’s a word for it, but it sounds like static and I blame my Aunt Debbie, she’s the only other person I’ve heard do it. Funny stuff! Nadja: Oooooh so that’s what she’s out doing. Another interesting character idea! In fact, she might be the lore winner (sorry Kaminari >.> she’s just cool, even if she needs to visit her kids more.). Ghost ship companion! I am a major sucker for seers. ALL of that gear looks SO GOOD on her with those genes and colors. Also I love that she has the matching color variant of her mother (and teacher’s) familiar. ------- You know, having read all of the bits in bios through your lair, there is something to be said for sprinkling lore in like this as you think of it. My ADHD brain finds it way satisfying - I get fun cool little facts about each dragon that made them all really interesting and didn’t once have to read the same paragraph multiple times thanks to focus issues. Don’t get me wrong, I love the nice long stories too, when I can find the time and focus to read them. These were delightful little tidbits - fun fictional snacks. I enjoyed them. Snacks are awesome!

@Saronai Wow, thank you so much! I forgot how negative my bio was because I haven't checked it pretty much at all since I put it there all the way back in 2016! It definitely doesn't apply anymore, so I'm gonna go remove it right after I'm done typing this. Also, I appreciate some of your more unconventional starring choices (Oasis, Seafoam, etc.) and your detailed praise.
