Lucera may have been hatched a Lightning dragon, but she's always had a fondness for the sea. The running theory is that it stems from her hatchday being during Wavecrest Saturnalia. Whatever the reason, Lucera is quite at home in the water and happily spends her time visiting the Sea of a Thousand Currents when she isn't busy maintaining an oasis within clan territory.

More specifically, around light/nature coasts. Soaking up the warmth from the sand and enjoying the cool, clear waters lapping around her as the sun casts her scales aglow.
Being born into light, she enjoys documenting and mapping out these untouched places but she cant resist the call of the waves, like a siren song to adventure.
Through hard work and perseverance she was able to manipulate that water in such a way that it now follows her wherever she goes, so that even when she must venture inland during storms or dangerous situations, she never truly has to leave it behind.
