You could also slap a skin on her! There are some nice festival skins out there that might help jazz her up without rescattering.
If price is an issue, the coli drop skins are pretty cheap; they're maybe not as exciting, but they can provide a better base for a fancy outfit, perhaps!

What a nice girl! I love her gray colors. Just givee her iri or wasp/shim and it makes her look like a matte rainbow, and koi looks great too!
