He's named after a yokai which is essentially a bunch of skulls that cluster together to form a bigger skull, which you have to beat in a staring contest if you want it to go away. The name was inspired by his patchy appearance (much like a bunch of skulls clumped together) and his multigaze (super fitting for a monster that's known to stare at you)!

I'm super excited for her, she'd make some superb babies according to Foresee Progeny with some of my boys, so I can't wait for her to be old enough so I can expand my collection with more awesome Koi beans! <33 She'll be the mother of all future Kois in my lair haha. I named her Canvas, because her patterns and colors reminded me of splattered paint. I'm only iffy a bit with her secondary color - the Paint gene saves it a lot tho - but I might do something with that in the future, who knows.
