my main little wind town hasn't moved, but they're all a bit surprised that the Cloudsong's right overhead now! as for my dragons in my actual flight, i'd considered them a nomadic group on the Shattered Plain. now, though, the Colonnades of Antiquity seem like an excellent place for them to dig their grubby claws into. [s]i want to live there[/s]
Rafferty's in charge, so he definitely would have noticed other dragons gossiping about interesting new finds in the mines and heard about folks setting up shop in the Colonnades. he probably moved his troupe there so he wouldn't be left out. also there's gold involved

Location was a result of negotiations between non-fire minorities in the clan and the clan leader. Pirates convinced all other non-fire dragons to support them as without magical fire resistance they're all safer by the sea. Swamper agreed for the Fumarole Beach as long as the water dragons deal with their shipwreck transport on their own. Let's be honest, pirates didn't care about magmaburns of nature dragons. They just want to plunder Snowsquall Tundra from time to time.
